THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Battery, glass, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed crystals and other embellishments

  • Damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents and normal wear and tear.
BULOVA

 

Your Bulova watch is covered by our 3-Year Global Warranty

If your Bulova watch needs warranty service or non-warranty service, we recommend you send it to an authorized Bulova Service Center. 

Download and fill out the Bulova Service Request Form. Make an extra copy for your records.
Pack your watch securely in a small, padded shipping box. Do not include your original watch box or packaging. Enclose the service request form in the box.
Ship your package to a Bulova Service Center (see address below). We recommend using a carrier that can track and insure your package. Bulova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Bulova will email you when we receive your package and enter your repair order into our system. It will then take 2-4 weeks to assess your repair before your watch is serviced. You will be notified about any costs that are not covered by warranty.

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, watches are protected from the original date of purchase by a two-year warranty (proof of purchase is required). A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge with the same or a comparable product if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Please refer to the full warranty language in the warranty booklet that comes with your watch. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

SEIKO

WATCHES

 

During the guarantee period, SEIKO guarantee free repair / adjustment service against any defects on the watch head (movement and case) and metallic band, provided that the watch was used as directed in the instruction manual.

However, in the following cases, repair/adjustment service will be provided at cost even within the guarantee period or under guarantee coverage.
- Exchange of leather, urethane or fabric band
- Trouble with or damage to the case, glass or band caused by accidents or improper usage
- Scratches or grime caused by use
- Trouble or damage caused by natural disasters including fire, floods or earthquake
- When the text on the guarantee booklet has been altered
- When the certificate of guarantee is not presented
- Battery replacement
* In order to apply for this service, you need to present the guarantee certificate provided by the retailer at time of purchase.

INVICTA WATCHES

Your genuine Invicta timepiece is backed by a limited three (3) year manufacturer’s warranty, from the
original date of purchase from an authorized retailer, against all manufacturing defects. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. The only components covered under warranty are: the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the timepiece proves to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge by the Invicta Premier Service Center. Please note that a service evaluation fee of $28 per timepiece is applicable to all warranty service, which includes return shipping costs.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following:
• Crystal, crown, case, strap, bracelet or battery
• Any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, accident, impact, negligence or normal wear and tear
• Water damage due to accident, improper use, or negligence
For proper battery replacement, please contact the Invicta Premier Service Center. In the event that you find your watch is not functioning properly during the warranty period, please send your timepiece, along with a service evaluation fee of $28, directly to the Invicta Premier Service Center, as follows:

NIXON

WATCHES

Nixon offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after you have taken physical possession of the watch from nixon.com or an authorized Nixon dealer. We also want to make sure we get your watch fixed if you encounter any problems with it, so we guarantee that we will keep sufficient spare parts to repair or replace it for two (2) years. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our discretion. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free.

We don't cover normal wear and tear of the watch case, crystal, band or bracelets, battery replacements, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, push the buttons underwater, forget to screw down or push in the crown, or seal the microphone port and expose your watch to moisture.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your receipt. Nixon will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

NAUTICA

WATCHES

INTERNATIONAL LIMITED TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY This Nautica Watch is warranted to you, the owner, for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase against all manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water damage (unless marked water resistant) and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet; does not cover costs, parts or labor resulting from accidents or negligence. If you would like your battery replaced, please contact the service center closest to you at nauticawatches.com. Any implied warranties are also limited to two (2) years from date of original purchase. In the event of defect or malfunction within this period, it will be replaced, at our option.

WATER RESISTANCE

01 WARNING: CRYSTAL, CROWN AND CASE MUST REMAIN INTACT TO ENSURE WATER RESISTANCE. CROWNS MUST BE SCREWED IN COMPLETELY TO ENSURE WATER RESISTANCE. WHILE WET OR UNDERWATER, CROWNS OR PUSHERS SHOULD NOT BE USED.

1. Watch is water-resistant only as long as lens, push buttons and case remain intact.

2. Rinse watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.

3. Watch is not an ISO 6425 certified dive watch.

BATTERY

Nautica Watches strongly recommends that a Nautica watch retailer, jeweler or service center replace the battery. Battery life may vary depending on actual usage.
